D.A.M.A., “Around the World” and Moullinex & GPU Panic liven up New Year’s Eve in Faro

The band D.A.M.A., the show “Around the World”, by the producers of Revenge of the 90’s, and Moullinex and GPU Panic are the highlights of the New Year’s Eve celebrations that will once again take place on the 30th and 31st of December, in the city centre of Faro.

The celebrations, organised by the Municipality of Faro in partnership with the Associação Cultural e Ativista da Baixa de Faro (ACABF), will begin on the 30th of December, from 10:30pm, with a show by Moullinex and GPU Panic on the promenade of Doca, in an immersive 360º show. This project, composed of the duo Luís Clara Gomes and Gui Tomé Ribeiro, establishes a connection with the audience through a transformative journey, blurring the boundaries between the stage and the dance floor.

The night of the last day of the year will feature a warm-up by the artists that are part of the “Around the World” project, starting at 9 pm, followed by one of the highlights of the night, with the concert by D.A.M.A, a band well known to the Portuguese public, starting at 10:30 pm.

At midnight, the traditional fireworks will follow, a moment that will certainly bring thousands of people together in the city centre and will be another ingredient for an unforgettable night.

After the end of the D.A.M.A. concert, the concert will be held at 12:00 pm. and the fireworks display, the party will continue in 2025 with the return to the stage of the artists from “Around the World” for a musical journey around the world with guaranteed entertainment.

With this diverse and appealing lineup, Faro will once again assert itself as an excellent destination to celebrate New Year’s Eve, attracting residents and visitors to experience moments of joy and celebration and stimulating the local economy.

A banda D.A.M.A., o espetáculo “Around the World”, dos produtores do Revenge of the 90’s, e Moullinex e GPU Panic são os destaques das celebrações de passagem de ano que voltam a acontecer nos dias 30 e 31 de dezembro, na baixa da cidade de Faro.

As comemorações, com organização do Município de Faro em parceria com a Associação Cultural e Ativista da Baixa de Faro (ACABF), têm início no dia 30 de dezembro, a partir das 22h30, com um espectáculo dos Moullinex e GPU Panic no passeio da Doca, num espetáculo imersivo em 360º. Este projeto, composto pela dupla Luís Clara Gomes e Gui Tomé Ribeiro, estabelecem uma ligação com o público através de uma viagem transformadora esbatendo as fronteiras entre o palco e a pista de dança.

Já a noite do último dia do ano contará com o aquecimento feito pelos artistas que integram o projeto “Around the World”, a partir das 21h00, seguindo-se um dos momentos altos da noite, com o concerto dos D.A.M.A, banda bem conhecida do público português, a partir das 22h30.

Às 00h00, seguir-se-á o tradicional fogo-de-artifício, momento que certamente juntará milhares de pessoas na baixa da cidade e que será outro ingrediente para uma noite inesquecível.

Após o final do concerto dos D.A.M.A. e do espetáculo pirotécnico, a festa prosseguirá já em 2025 com o regresso ao palco dos artistas do “Around the World” para a continuação de uma viagem musical ao mundo com animação garantida.
