At the Portimão Municipal Library, Joana Charneco proposes a monthly unforgettable journey to children aged 4 to 10 through unique books that reveal the power of stories in a playful and interactive way.

The next workshop will take place on 30 November at 4 pm.

Under the theme “Kamishibai – Paper Theatre”, Joana Charneco will use this traditional Japanese form of storytelling.

Using illustrations on paper, displayed in a small wooden theatre called a ‘butai’, the facilitator will create an immersive experience that stimulates the imagination and helps children to better understand the story.

According to Joana, “each story is an opportunity to travel to new worlds, to learn valuable lessons and strengthen the bonds that unite us”.

Author of the “Toca do Conto” page on social media, where she shares her passion and inspires others to discover the transformative power of stories, the organizer wants to transmit to the young spectators “the magic, inspiration and emotion, allowing everyone to fly without leaving their place”.

Na Biblioteca Municipal de Portimão, Joana Charneco propõe mensalmente às crianças, dos 4 aos 10 anos, uma viagem inesquecível por livros únicos, que revelam o poder das histórias de forma lúdica e interativa.

O próximo ateliê decorrerá a 30 de novembro, pelas 16h00.

Sob o tema “Kamishibai – Teatro de Papel”, Joana Charneco utilizará esta tradicional forma japonesa de contar histórias.

Com recurso a ilustrações em papel, exibidas num pequeno teatro de madeira chamado ‘butai’, a dinamizadora criará uma experiência envolvente que estimula a imaginação e ajuda as crianças a compreenderem melhor a história.

Segundo Joana, “cada conto é uma oportunidade de viajar para novos mundos, aprender lições valiosas e fortalecer os laços que nos unem”.
