We will open with an (optional) heartwarming Cacao to connect us with our hearts, ourselves and the group energy and set our intentions. Then we will start the conscious connecting Breathing journey following the Spirit of Breath.
During this journey we can let go of the things that no longer serve us and invite /let in what will support, nourish and serve us to help us grow to become (more of) our own authentic selves.
Let the journey in front of us unfold into the great mystery 
The Cacao is optional for who likes, it can help us connect more to our hearts……
