If you’re grieving a significant loss; or you’re feeling stuck, depressed, confused; or you’re in transition or at a significant crossroads in life, today has been meticulously designed to help you gain valuable insight that may assist you to move forward with clarity and conviction.

Even if life feels fine right now, this activity will reveal important inefficiencies in where you are investing your time and energy.

You don’t need to enjoy art to benefit from Art Therapy. You don’t even need any art skills whatsoever.

Art Therapy has no interest in the quality of the end product. The value of Art Therapy is in the understandings that emerge whilst using the art materials.

The day will involve only a small amount of social time. Mostly, everyone will be spending time with themselves in reflection in order to complete the art therapy activity.

The day will be fully guided. Only simple art tools will be used, such as pencils, markers, and pencil crayons. Paints and pastels will be available if desired, but are not needed to complete the activity.

Immersive sound bathing, meditation, and reiki will assist the heart and mind to open up to the art activity, and will replenish the energy that transfers into the therapeutic activity.

Vera is a qualified massage therapist. Krista is an artist, qualified teacher, and certified Art Therapy Practitioner. Qualifications are available for inspection.
