In this concert, we want to know what is the fastest speed an orchestra can reach. It is said that, on their good days, the musicians of the Orquestra do Algarve can play up to twelve notes per second! To achieve this, it is important not only the dexterity of the musicians, but also music that makes sense to be played very fast. After all, what conveys speed in music?

Para isso, é importante não apenas a destreza dos músicos, mas também música que faça sentido ser tocada muito rápido. Afinal de contas, o que transmite a velocidade em música?
