Tibetan Bowls Concert

During the Meditation Concert or Sound Healing session, our body is exposed to sound and vibration, causing a vibrational and therapeutic massage in the cells of our organism.
The resonance of this vibration acts on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels, allowing a relaxation of the body and mind, unblocking emotions and allowing an expansion of consciousness, in an immersive, unique experience that leads us to a deep state of serenity and inner well-being.
Tibetan Bowls, Gongs and Shamanic Drums are used as the basis for the creation of this wave of sound/vibration in which the participants are enveloped.

After the end, participants will remain lying down for a few moments, involved in deep relaxation.
At the end and after a brief sharing of the experience, participants will be given the opportunity to experience the vibration inside large bowls.
Note: Participants can bring their own mattresses, pillows and blankets.
