On December 5th, the Acceleration Program (Bootcamp) promoted by the Municipality to support entrepreneurs and startups in the areas of smart cities and gastronomy will come to an end.

To mark this last day, at 11:45 am, the Conference “Smart Cities and the Digital Revolution: Opportunities and Challenges” will take place in the auditorium of the Portimão Hotel and Tourism School.

An opportunity to reflect on smart cities, their challenges in the most varied sectors of society with a special focus on revitalizing economies, promoting growth and in the future challenges that impact the territories with the participation of the following guest speakers:

Sandra Pereira – Councilor of the Portimão City Council
Ivo Carvalho – Founder of BlueGarve, sustainability consultancy
Raquel Melo – CEO, Consultant and Founder of Inboundware
Moderator: Rui Ferreira, Casa Mendes Gonçalves

Prior to this Conference, at 10:00 am, the presentation of the Pitches of the entrepreneurs participating in the Bootcamp will take place, to a panel of judges who will give their feedback
The Closing Session of the Bootcamp will take place at 12:30 pm and will feature the participation of André Gomes, President of RTA and Álvaro Bila, President of the Portimão City Council Portimão (to be confirmed)

A 5 de dezembro chega ao fim o Programa de Aceleração ( Bootcamp) promovido pelo Município para apoiar empreendedores e startups das áreas das smart cities e da gastronomia.

A marcar este último dia, pelas 11h45 irá decorrer auditório da Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Portimão , a Conferência “As Smart Cities e a Revolução Digital: Oportunidades e Desafios”.

Uma oportunidade para se refletir sobre as smart cities, os seus desafios nos mais variados setores da sociedade com especial enfoque na revitalização das economias, promoção do crescimento e nos desafios futuros que impactem os territórios com a participação dos seguintes oradores convidados:

A anteceder esta Conferência terá lugar, pelas 10h00 a apresentação dos Pitches dos empreendedores participantes do Bootcamp, a um painel de jurados que vão dar o seu feedback
A Sessão de Encerramento do Bootcamp terá lugar pelas 12h30 e contará com a participação de André Gomes, Presidente da RTA e Álvaro Bila, Presidente da Câmara Municipal de Portimão (a confirmar)
