Conscious Dreaming also known as the Awake Dream is a tool to connect to your deeper self and other levels of consciousness. This type of dreaming encourages insight and clarity; allows you to step into and become aware of parts of yourself that are just under the surface waiting to be seen.
Lisa Francesca Lewak, who is a Transformational Dream Coach will guide you in discovering and exploring Conscious Dreaming through the medium of dream journeying.
