Slow and free flow, accompanied by a sweet and uplifting playlist. This class invites you to move with your breath, your energy level and vibe. Let the physical body move where it wants to move. This will calm your mind and create more space to feel all the feels. This session is a blend of gentle yoga flow, authentic movement and dance – accessible for everyone.
