I’ve designed this class around the amazing moving meditations from Shakti Dance, the Yoga of Dance, called Celestial Communications! When we combine chanting or singing with mudras we ‘trick’ our mind to reach a meditative state that brings us peace, healing, and clarity into our lives 🥰
