Every woman and man can belly dance and can be graceful and look beautiful doing it. It’s a dance that encourages coordination, rhythm and self-esteem, core strengths, helps building confidence, vitality and beauty and so much more like getting back in touch with a more feminine, sensual, graceful and joyful part, to feel good about yourself and your body.
