All-inclusive pricing starts from €480, depending on your chosen room. Rooms range from cozy twin rooms to private en suites.

Your Hosts:
Saija has always been fascinated by people, cultures, and meaningful connections. With a Master’s degree in Anthropology and over 15 years dedicated to holistic well-being, her journey has taken her around the world, inspiring her work as a well-being entrepreneur, yoga and acro-yoga teacher, and event producer. Reflect & Renew is her invitation to co-create a supportive, connected environment as we step into the new year with clarity and inspiration together.

Bess is a compassionate psychotherapist and yoga teacher, committed to helping others live balanced and fulfilling lives. With advanced degrees in psychotherapy and psychology, along with certifications in trauma-sensitive yoga, she has over a decade of experience guiding individuals through mind-body practices that promote well-being and self-awareness. At Reflect & Renew, she offers a space to deepen your connection to self and embrace the possibilities of the new year.
