We are very happy to announce another meeting. We are grateful to welcome another year with love and say goodbye to 2024.
We invite you to some practices of renewal and connection.
Yoga, Qigong, breathing and liberation ritual practices.
Renewal is an essential act in life, so that we can grow, make the changes we need, release habits that no longer contribute to our well-being and allow new energies to flow within us. We connect with our inner light.
In this meeting we want to honor Tânia and Sara, two women of LIGHT, friends who are no longer on the earthly plane, but are in our hearts. We want to remember them with much love and affection.
For the event, bring comfortable and warm clothing, a towel and a bikini for a nice dip.
Meeting point at the square before the bridge to Barril beach at 9.30 am.

Neste nosso encontro queremos homenagear a Tânia e a Sara, duas mulheres LUZ, amigas que já não estão no plano terrestre, mas estão nos nossos corações. Queremos-nos lembrar delas com muito amor e carinho.
Para o evento traz roupa confortável e quentinha, toalha e biquini para um valente mergulho.
Ponto de encontro no largo antes da ponte para a praia do Barril às 9.30h.
