Rocker Empowerment Training for children

This training for children aged 9 to 12 years old includes 175 original physical practices and games from the Rock and Water Method © to increase self-confidence, emotion regulation and self-reflection through self-defence, roleplay, yoga, mixed martial arts, meditation, breathwork and reflective dialogue. The holistic approach of Rock and Water encourages a change in perspective, helping children to understand themselves and their ability to relate to others. It is proven to have a positive effect on their mental state. The training is offered world wide, given to millions of children already. It has its roots in The Netherlands and has become popular in Australia. Other countries followed in the last decades. This Rocker Training will be guided by Jaimey Groot, certified Rock and Water Trainer.

The full training is 9 weeks and will start at February 24th at Rancho do Rogil, every Monday from 16H30.
