Super Reikinho is the basis of the playful-pedagogical methodology that Escola do Ser has adopted. By playing, children express their inner world more easily, helping them with social integration and adaptation, promoting their psychological and emotional well-being. With Super Reikinho on this great adventure through the World of Children, participants will have the opportunity to recover courage, confidence, gratitude, personal power, compassion, empathy, assertive communication, good thoughts and ideas, learning to recognize and manage fear, anxiety, sadness and anger, the great monsters of children. Thus, in the World of Children, happiness will reign again.

Mission 1: The World of Children – The magic of this story leads children to identify with the characters, allowing them to understand the different emotions. “Sometimes, you are very afraid of everything. But, with the superpower of courage, you feel fearless as a lion!”

BIOGRAPHY:
Emília Marreiros has been a kindergarten teacher since 1987. She participated in collaboration with other teachers in the development of the first Early Intervention project implemented in the municipalities of Lagos, Aljezur and Vila do Bispo called “Terras do Infante”; In 2006, she completed a Postgraduate Degree in Special Education and a Psychomotor Therapist course (Bernard Aucouturier line); In 2018, she took the Meditation and Relaxation Instructor Course for Children (Mindfulness techniques); In 2019, she took the Reiki Therapist and Facilitator course for children. In 2021, she took the training in sound bowls for children; In 2023, she took the Core Kidscoaching Method course. She currently runs the “Learning to Be Project” with preschool and primary school children at Agrupamento Júlio Dantas. Her job as a kindergarten teacher allowed her to experience the various problems faced by children, whom she had the pleasure of meeting. The difficulty in managing frustration and conflict were the situations that challenged her to go further. It was necessary to understand the child’s actions in order to help them manage their feelings. It was through relational psychomotricity, according to the Bernard Aucouturier model, that the first answers emerged. But there was still much to discover. In this incessant search for more information, in order to better adapt her responses to the child, she took several courses, always with the aim of understanding/helping the child to learn more about themselves. With the tools she acquired, she developed some projects to work on emotions. Among them, the following stand out: “Me and the Other”, “Meditate and Learn”, “Feel and Be”, developed in conjunction with preschool and primary school classes. From 2019 to 2022, she developed the project “Learning to be” in conjunction with the Reiki Association for Children and Young People (ARCJ) in the Group where she taught.

Free parking – The Lagos Cultural Centre and the Lagos Municipal Library offer free parking in the Frente Ribeirinha (Avenida dos Descobrimentos) car park for the public of their shows/events. To receive the discount, the user simply needs to present, at the car park reception, a stamp obtained at the Lagos Cultural Centre ticket office or at the entrance to the Lagos Municipal Library. The offer only applies to one hour before and up to one hour after each show/event.

O Super Reikinho é a base da metodologia lúdico-pedagógica que a Escola do Ser adotou. A brincar a criança expressa com maior facilidade o seu mundo interior, ajudando-a na integração e adaptação social, promovendo o seu bem-estar psicológico e emocional. Com o Super Reikinho na grande aventura pelo Mundo das Crianças, os participantes terão a oportunidade de resgatar a coragem, a confiança, a gratidão, o poder pessoal, a compaixão, a empatia, a comunicação assertiva, os bons pensamentos e ideias, aprendendo a reconhecer e gerir o medo, a ansiedade, a tristeza e a raiva, os grandes monstros das crianças. Assim, no Mundo das Crianças a felicidade reinará novamente.

BIOGRAFIA:
Emília Marreiros é educadora de infância desde 1987. Participou em colaboração com outros docentes na elaboração do primeiro projeto de Intervenção Precoce implementado nos Concelhos de Lagos, Aljezur e vila do Bispo denominado “Terras do Infante”; Em 2006 fez uma Pós-Graduação em Educação Especial e curso de Psicomotricionista (linha Bernard Aucouturier); Em 2018 tirou o Curso de instrutores de Meditação e Relaxamento para Crianças (técnicas de Mindfulness); Em 2019 fez o curso de Terapeuta e Facilitadora de Reiki para crianças. Em 2021, fez a formação de taças de som para crianças; Em 2023 fez o curso do Método Core Kidscoaching. Atualmente dinamiza o “Projeto Aprender a Ser” com crianças do pré-escolar e primeiro ciclo no Agrupamento júlio Dantas. A profissão de educadora de infância permitiu vivenciar as diversas problemáticas das crianças, com quem teve o prazer de se cruzar. A dificuldade em gerir a frustração e o conflito foram as situações que a desafiaram a ir mais além. Era necessário compreender a ação da criança para a ajudar a gerir os seus sentires. Foi na psicomotricidade relacional, modelo Bernard Aucouturier, que surgiram as primeiras respostas. Mas muito havia ainda por descobrir. Nessa busca incessante de saber mais, para uma melhor adequação nas respostas à criança, fez vários cursos, sempre com o objetivo de compreender/ajudar a criança no autoconhecimento. Com as ferramentas que foi adquirindo, desenvolveu alguns projetos para trabalhar as emoções. Entre eles, destacam-se “Eu e o Outro”, “Meditar e Aprender”, “Sentir e Ser” desenvolvidos em articulação com turmas do pré-escolar e 1.º ciclo. De 2019 a 2022, desenvolveu o projeto “Aprender a ser” em articulação com a Associação de Reiki para Crianças e Jovens (ARCJ) no Agrupamento em que lecionou.

Estacionamento gratuito – O Centro Cultural de Lagos e a Biblioteca Municipal de Lagos oferecem estacionamento gratuito no parque da Frente Ribeirinha (Avenida dos Descobrimentos) para o público dos seus espetáculos/eventos. Para o referido desconto basta que o utente apresente, na receção do parque, carimbo obtido na bilheteira do Centro Cultural de Lagos ou entrada da Biblioteca Municipal de Lagos. A oferta diz apenas respeito a uma hora antes e até uma hora depois de cada espetáculo/evento.
