SOMA GROOVE SESSIONS – ALJEZUR

Join us at Ritmo da Terra, a magical place in a peaceful valley just outside Aljezur (at Costa Vicentina). We will groove in this incredible place in mother earth, come and feel its energy!

SOMA GROOVE offers you a path towards wholeness, that reconnection that you are looking for.
Embrace your essence and embark on a journey inside your body, mind and soul, through movement, breathing and music.
The invitation is to FEEL and to BE.
For 2h we will explore the connection between your different worlds, discover and work on emotions and memories engraved in your body, with care, lightness and fluidity.
The flow will have moments of breathwork, somatic experiencing, ecstatic dance, contact improvisation, dance-movement therapy, gaga dance, music therapy, trauma healing, mindfulness and polyvagal therapy, ending with a moment of relaxation and integration of the experience.
Open to everyone, including those who (think) don’t know how to dance.
