A fluid and fun Vinyasa class that combines dynamic movement with somatic self-awareness. Elena guides you to safely open and strengthen the body and explore your range of motion while listening to your inner response. You will learn how to move and breathe with ease and patience, so that your nervous system can integrate your practice on the mat and gain more resilience for daily life’s challenges.
