Story Lab: an authentic relating game night

How often do you assume something about someone or something? How often do you get stuck in these stories and act out of them?

Maybe you know that kind of story.

Your partner looked at you in a way that made you assume he was angry. So you are acting defensively and treating him like he would be angry with you. That creates an actual fight, even though you didn’t even know if he was actually angry.

In this workshop, you will learn how to check out and create awareness around these stories.

• Awareness of the narrative they are telling themselves about relationships
• To have tools to share the stories and assumptions with others in a caring way
• Understanding and empathy for themselves and others regarding their assumptions

Who is the facilitator?

Silja is an embodiment coach and authentic relating Level 3 facilitator, originally from Germany. She loves to create safe spaces for people who want to challenge their conditioning and beliefs and create a new way of relating with each other.
