Therapeutic Yoga: Move with Ease

Restore flexibility to your entire being as you move through your journey in life. This class focusses on gentle yoga and somatic movement practices that are designed to restore function that may have been lost due to injury, inactivity, or aging. Guidance is given to facilitate the development of a home yoga practice. Our practices foster emotional as well as physical wellness. Beginners are welcome! All classes are taught by Eileen Lafer, PhD, C-IAYT, E-RYT500, RPYT, YACEP, a Professional Yoga Therapist, Restorative Yoga Teacher, and iREST Meditation Teacher in our beautiful studio overlooking Praia da Amoreira and the Ribeira de Aljezur in the Parque Natural da Costa Vicentina.
